Welcome to the first edition of Friday Kicks of 2017, firstly sorry its not a Friday so those of you who read the title and thought the weekend was nearly here your out off luck! Secondly I have decided to bring this back to try and keep up with whats going ton in the world of Kickstarters as I have grown a bit dispondant with them recently, mainly as there are so many great ones kicking around at the moment, so here goes.
So, the other day, the Purgatory kickstarter was started, and within 12 hours it was funded! congratulations guys! Wow! They quickly went from strength to strength, unlocking stretch goals. Well Done Aidan and Gary from Underestimated Games.
You can back the kickstarter here
That’s the mysterious Enforcer Boss – ‘Monarch’ locked into your pledge, along with an exciting mission to finish the Eiras Contract campaign!
Designed by Pascal Bernard and Patrick Receveur, two wonderful game designers and world war two (WWII) fanatics, this 2 players game is served by a simple but dynamic mechanic for 30 to 45 minutes of frantic games.
Obviously, the main theme is the Normandie historical battles but the famous Heroes of Normandie hollywood varnish has been meticulously brushed on every aspects of the game.
The most important part of the game is the order in which you activate your units. Some of them, especially Headquarters, can assign to other units GO! tokens to activate them. So, think twice before rushing with your Panther, maybe it would be wiser to use your HQ instead…
17 hours to go and Raiden, the kickstarter exclusive Matsudan team captain has been unlocked
When funded, you’ll also be able to add-on the Matsudan + Raiden team bundle, which like the Draconis All-Stars and Ninth Moon Tree Sharks, will get added to the DreadBall Team Collection. You can pledge here
Over the last few weeks I have spoken about Z War One.
Well today the kickstarter has ended and the project is well and truly funded. I have spoken to the project creator and the brains behind the project and early indication is that it could well be on target for an earlier than planned release, which is great news.
