Designed by Pascal Bernard and Patrick Receveur, two wonderful game designers and world war two (WWII) fanatics, this 2 players game is served by a simple but dynamic mechanic for 30 to 45 minutes of frantic games.
Obviously, the main theme is the Normandie historical battles but the famous Heroes of Normandie hollywood varnish has been meticulously brushed on every aspects of the game.
The most important part of the game is the order in which you activate your units. Some of them, especially Headquarters, can assign to other units GO! tokens to activate them. So, think twice before rushing with your Panther, maybe it would be wiser to use your HQ instead…
Okay by now everyone knows we love the guys at Warploque Miniatures we’ve mentioned Arcworlde more than once (Review, Painting 1, 2, 3).
Because of the style of miniatures they are going to work for so many systems, can see more than one being used in something like Frostgrave and even wondering if a few may work as RPG minis in Trudvang as well.

As the very keen eyed reader will have noted there has been a very few subtle changes around recently a few pages have appeared and some have vanished, some permanently some only temporarily, there are a few reasons for this first is we are pressing forward with things at so far unheard of speeds,now with 6 writers including myself, its becoming easier to get things done, although having created this site from scratch I am finding a little hard to turn over the reigns for certain aspects at time, but we are getting there I have more time to paint, yes I will finish a project soon, hopefully soon more time to game as well which will be a novelty.
